Dashboards

Production of the dashboard is carried out by a method of bench assembly of electric knots of plaits and mechanical switching devices with the facing and power case. The facing and power case includes details from rigid integrated polyurethane foam about glass a filler, details from polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (software), полистрирола (PS), ABS of plastic and other composite materials collected on a metal framework with ensuring necessary mobility of separate knots.

Wiring harnesses

In March, 2010 production of wiring harnesses for dashboards on KAMAZ cars is started. Production is equipped with the modern equipment, necessary infrastructure and the technologies meeting the highest requirements of the international standards. The Komax Alpha 355, Gamma 333 and Kappa automatic transfer lines used in production, allow to make резку and pressure testing of tips of wires with a section from 0,5 to 6 mm ².

Our advantages

Our panels are made from modern hi-tech materials of leading producers and are capable to sustain twice big loads of a gap and keep the consumer properties in the range of temperatures from-60 to +100 °C.

Since 2008 volumes of the monthly order grew with 100 to 2500 pieces of dashboards, and the nomenclature increased to 100 modifications.

All production of cordlike and panel production passes 100% control on the test equipment.

Since 1995 the Ikar Group of companies is the manufacturer and the supplier of accessories on conveyors of JSC KAMAZ, JSC ZMA, JSC SEAZ, JSC AZ URAL, JSC GIDROAPPARAT, JSC POZIS, JSC SOLLERS-YELABUGA, JSC SOLLERS-Naberezhnye Chelny, JSC UAZ, JSC PAZ, the Rostselmash company, etc.

The IKAR PLUS limited liability company is formed on December 8, 2007.

The main production of LLC IKAR PLUS is the dashboard assembled with electric equipment, a set of internal facing, sets of plaits of wires to trucks. Production is delivered for today on the main conveyor of JSC KAMAZ, JSC AZ URAL, the Automaster, the Rostselmash companies.
