The electric equipment of cars consists of the following systems:

  • power supply, light alarm system
  • external and internal lighting
  • instrumentations
  • heating systems
  • stekloochistka and sound alarm system
  • engine start-up.

Electroschemes of these systems and their description are given below. Numbers of attached electricity cables are provided on schemes near the conditional image of elements of electric equipment, letters designated their color: Б – white; Г — blue; Ж — yellow; 3 — green; К — red; КЧ — brown; О — orange; Р — pink; С — gray; Ф — violet; Ч — black.

The system of power supply (fig. 323) serves for food of consumers at the working engine. Sources of the electric power are two storage batteries 6 connected consistently, the generating installation 2 connected parallel to storage batteries. The negative conclusion of storage batteries is connected to the car case via the weight switch 7 with remote control.

The scheme is equipped to the relays 1 which are breaking off a chain of a winding of excitement of the generator during the work of EFU. Besides, at the working provision of a key of the switch of 13 devices and a starter current doesn't move to the button 8 of the remote switch of weight that prevents casual switching off of weight at the working engine (switching off of storage batteries possibly only after disconnection of the generator from electric equipment system installation of a key of the switch of devices and a starter in neutral situation).

The system of the light alarm system (fig. 324) is intended for the notification of drivers of other vehicles about commission of turn (turn) or braking, and also for the alarm system about a condition of assembly units of the car influencing traffic safety.

System of the light alarm system treat: the alarm light system, the braking alarm system, indexes of turn and control lamps of inclusion of indexes of turn of the car and the trailer, control lamps of blocking of interaxal differential, parking brake system, air pressure drop in contours of a pneumatic actuator of the brake mechanisms, united in blocks of control lamps, and also the corresponding switches, switches and the relay.

The switch of the 8th alarm light system provides simultaneous inclusion of all indexes of turn in a faltering mode. Thus the control lamp which has been built in in the handle of the switch lights up; control lamps of indexes of turn in the block of control lamps can not shine. Inclusion of indexes of turn is carried out by the combined switch 5 at working position of the switch of devices and a starter. Contact and transistor the relay breaker 3 provides a faltering operating mode of indexes of turn of the car and the trailer; about work of indexes lamps (separately for the car and the trailer) in the block of 26 control lamps signal.

The braking signal in back lamps joins at operation of brake systems of the car. Thus contacts of pnevmoelektriches-whom the sensor 13 of inclusion of a signal of braking become isolated, works the intermediate relay 15 of a signal of braking and lamps of a signal of braking of back lamps shine. Chains of a signal of braking are included in a power supply chain via the ampermeter, passing the switch of devices and a starter.

The signal of braking joins also at inclusion of parking brake system. Thus contacts of the sensor 20 installed in a contour of the III pneumatic actuator of brake mechanisms become isolated, and the control lamp lights up. In a power-supply circuit of a control lamp of inclusion of parking brake system it is established to the relay breaker 21 owing to what the lamp burns with faltering light. At the same time via the intermediate relay chains of lamps of signals of braking of back lamps become isolated. The system of external and internal lighting (fig. 325) is intended for safety of movement of the car, and also illumination of a workplace of the driver. Headlights of head light, fog lights, forward lamps, back lamps, a podkapotny lamp, plafonds of illumination of a ware box and a berth, cartridges with lamps of illumination of devices, cabin plafonds, a portable lamp belong to system of external and internal illumination of the car.

Connection of all consumers with the power supply is executed according to the single-wire scheme except for a plafond 4 ware boxes which minus conclusion is brought to the panel of safety locks. Inclusion of near and far light of headlights 3 and 11, fog lights of 1 and 2 and marker lights is carried out by the combined switch 19 directly from the power supply via the ampermeter.

Chains of headlights of a passing beam and fog lights are protected by the thermobimetallic safety locks of PR310 established on the panel of safety locks. The chain of headlights of a driving beam is protected by a separate safety lock of the same type. The chain of marker lights and lamps of illumination of devices is protected by an automatic thermobimetallic safety lock of type 13.3722. The system of instrumentations (fig. 326) is intended for control of an operating mode of units and separate assembly units of the car, and also determination of speed of movement. Instrumentations consist of indexes and sensors. All indexes are established on a guard of devices in a cabin of the driver, sensors are located on chassis and engine units.

Electric connection of devices is executed according to the single-wire scheme. Negative conclusion is the guard of devices connected to lump of the car; devices are connected among themselves in parallel via the switch of devices and a starter.

The system of heating is intended for maintenance of an optimum temperature mode in a cabin at decrease in temperature of air. Electric motors 1 (fig. 327) force the air passing through a radiator of a heater of a cabin. At installation of electric motors to pay attention to the direction of rotation of their shaft. In system the ME 250 reversive electric motor is applied. At connection of a positive pole of a source of tension to a red wire of the electric motor the right rotation, and a negative pole — the left rotation joins. Electric motors are connected in parallel or consistently and can work in two modes. Control of a mode is exercised by means of the keyboard switch located in a cabin. The system of the sound alarm system includes pneumo - and electric-sound signals 12 (see fig. 327) the movements intended for safety, and a sound signal 11 (buzzer) indicating emergency pressure drop in contours of a pneumatic actuator of brake mechanisms of the car, for the internal alarm system in a cabin.

The sound pneumosignal joins button pressing on the right on the combined switch of light.

With a pressure of air and in a pneumatic system 392,3... 686,5 kPas (4... 7 kgfs/cm2) the sound has to be pure.

Electric-sound signals 12 are located under a cabin on a forward cross-piece of a frame and join movement of the handle of the combined switch up; food of signals 12 is carried out via the intermediate relay 13 installed on the bottom dashboard.

The signal 11 is established under the dashboard and included in a chain of the alarm system of pressure drop in contours of a pneumatic actuator of brake mechanisms. The signal is connected to the mass of the car via the block of control lamps and sensors of pressure drop of air; it sounds at the same time with fire of any of four control lamps signaling about pressure decrease of air in one of contours.

The scheme of system of start-up of the engine is given in fig. 100.

Schemes of electric equipment of cars of models 5320 and 55102 differ with existence of additional electric equipment of the mechanism of lifting of a platform on the car of fashions. 55102:

  • two electromagnetic valves of lifting and platform lowering;
  • electromagnetic valve of the distributor of a hydraulic system;
  • electromagnetic valve of a box of selection of power;
  • switch of a box of selection of power;
  • switch of the distributor of a hydraulic system;
  • switch of the mechanism of lifting of a platform.

Unlike the car of fashions. 55102 on the car of fashions. 55111 are absent:

  • identification lamps of the road train and their switch;
  • trailer socket;
  • electromagnetic valve of a pneumatic sound signal;
  • electromagnetic valve of the distributor of a hydraulic system and its switch.

On the car tractor of fashions. 53212 unlike the car of fashions. 5320 are established:

  • plafond of illumination of a berth (in addition);
  • the switch of devices and starter with the anti-theft device.

On the truck tractor of fashions. 5410 in comparison with the car of fashions. 5320 the plafond of illumination of a berth and a headlight of illumination of the sedelno-coupling device are established in addition.

Truck tractor of fashions. 54112 unlike the car of fashions. 5410 has the switch of devices and a starter with the anti-theft device.
